The approach
Mind. Body. Behaviour. Working together.
These elements are not separate services bolted together. They are used in combination, in proportions chosen for the individual, within one six-week process.
Personal Training
Movement and training shaped around your starting point, ability and goals.
Training is planned around what you can realistically do now, the equipment you have access to and how much time you have. The aim is consistency you can sustain rather than intensity you can only manage for a fortnight.
In practice
- A weekly movement plan built around your available time and equipment
- Technique guidance and progression over the six weeks
- Adjustments when energy, work or life gets in the way
Boundary: Personal training is adapted to the information you provide and is not medical rehabilitation.
Nutrition
Practical support for an approach to food that is realistic, nourishing and manageable.
Rather than a fixed meal plan, this is education and behavioural support: understanding what already works for you, where things tend to unravel, and how to make small changes that hold.
In practice
- Reviewing your current routine without judgement
- Practical structures for planning, shopping and eating out
- Support with the moments where intentions usually slip
Boundary: Nutrition coaching provides general education and behavioural support, not medical nutrition therapy.
Hypnotherapy
Support for exploring habits, responses and patterns that may be making change harder.
Hypnotherapy sessions are chosen for the individual and used to explore automatic responses and long-standing habits in a calm, guided way. You remain aware and in control throughout.
In practice
- Guided relaxation and focused attention sessions
- Exploring triggers and habitual responses
- Work on confidence and self-talk around change
Boundary: Hypnotherapy is a complementary practice and is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment.
Coaching
Structured reflection, goal setting, accountability and support for consistent action.
Coaching holds the programme together: agreeing what matters, noticing what is actually happening week to week, and adjusting the plan so progress continues after the six weeks end.
In practice
- Goal setting that fits your life rather than an ideal week
- Weekly reflection and honest review
- Agreed accountability between sessions
Boundary: Coaching supports reflection, goals and action; it does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions.
Peptide Coaching
Educational, non-medical support for people navigating peptide-related questions.
Kate is a peptide coach and can provide general education and behavioural support alongside the rest of the programme. This is information and accountability only—never prescribing, supplying or medical advice.
In practice
- General education about terminology and common questions
- Support with the habits, movement and nutrition that sit around any medical plan
- Encouragement to keep your prescribing clinician informed and involved
Boundary: Peptide coaching does not include prescribing, supplying or recommending any medication. Medical decisions belong with a suitably qualified medical professional.
