These terms apply to the website and services provided by Kate Stapleton, trading as KS Weight Loss.
Applications
Submitting an application does not create a contract and does not guarantee a place. Applications are reviewed individually and a suitability conversation is arranged where appropriate.
The programme
The programme runs for 6 weeks and is delivered online via Zoom, with agreed support between sessions. The content of each programme is personalised and agreed with you.
Fees and payment
Programme price: £699. Payment options: Pay in full or split into three payments. Fees are confirmed in writing before the programme begins.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about your circumstances.
- Tell Kate about anything that changes during the programme.
- Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.
Limits of the service
Services are coaching, fitness guidance, general nutrition education and complementary hypnotherapy support. They are not medical or psychological treatment, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.
Intellectual property
Materials provided during the programme are for your personal use only.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
